It has always brought me great joy and fulfillment to be part of my patient’s journey, from seeking care to getting healed, through the best care I have been able to offer at their most vulnerable time of need. Having had firsthand experience with my fellow military colleagues, and my experience in clinical practice, the severity of mental health is not to be taken lightly.
Mental health has a strong impact on individuals, families, and society as a whole. As a mental health provider, I take my time to listen to my patients with a goal of making a difference and being there every step of the way. Compassion, empathy, and customizing treatment plans to suit individual patients are my approaches to have the best outcome possible.
I strongly believe in a holistic approach and combining pharmacological as well as non-pharmacological methods such as exercise, exposure to sunshine, and diet to achieve desired outcomes.
