Depending on your unique needs, my approach combines conventional modalities (i.e., medications and therapy) with complementary (i.e., botanicals, nutriceuticals, nutrition, acupuncture, guided imagery, etc.). The goal is not merely to treat symptoms, but to address the matrix of underlying causes and the obstacles that keep you from living your best life.

Evaluations take place over 2-3 sessions. I explore your personal and family history as well as medical, lifestyle, and spiritual issues. I then present a treatment plan that addresses your goals from the perspective of spiritual and mental health as well as possible underlying factors relating to physical health and lifestyle.
