I help my clients manage anxiety, ADHD, Depression, and Trauma. Together, we will identify what's not working and get you back to balance.
We'll use a whole-person approach, addressing the needs of the mind, body, and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, therapy, a holistic approach, as well as any medication that is needed to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
