I have been trained first as a medical doctor, to treat symptoms from a western conventional way. I have learned that our "symptoms" often need to be explored, as in talk therapy, or addressed in a non-traditional way. More specifically, medication does not help everyone or helps for a period of time.
A lot of the time our mood or anxiety can be correlated with what we are "putting" into our bodies, minds and spirits, i.e junk food, binge on junk tv, etc. I believe in baby step changes vs setting unrealistic goals. I will meet you where you are.
