Helping adolescents and young adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance use, and trauma is my focus. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based practices to help children, teens, and families strengthen connections, build resilience, and grow together. I believe that growth happens within and through connection and collaboration. I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience working with children, teens, individuals, and families. My background in pediatrics, women’s health, public health, and school health gives me the foundation to provide compassionate, well-rounded care.
