A native of New York, Cassandra’s commitment to mental health was shaped early in life by her desire to break generational cycles of untreated mental illness in her own family. That personal experience fuels her mission to destigmatize psychiatric care and make it approachable for everyone.
As a lifelong learner, she stays current with the latest research and therapeutic approaches, bringing expertise and enthusiasm to the treatment of ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
