I am Virginia-born and raised, returning after personal and family military service to support my community as a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I will be providing holistic care for teens (18 and older) through older adults in Winchester, Virginia, and surrounding areas, to those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, insomnia, substance use concerns, and mood disorders. I take a whole-person approach to care, combining medication management with brief, supportive therapy and practical lifestyle strategies. Together, we’ll look beyond just symptoms to understand what’s contributing to how you feel and create a plan that is realistic, sustainable, and tailored to you.
