I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, working with individuals ranging from young adults through the lifespan. My clinical approach to Psychopharmacology is solution focused and evidence based. I allow for 30-minute follow up sessions, in order to best meet the needs of my clients and offer a personalized and integrated approach to Psychiatry. I incorporate the strengths of western medicine as well as eastern philosophies, including contemplative psychology. In order to provide the highest level of patient care, our work together will extend beyond medication, allowing for holistic and co-created treatment planning.
I provide compassionate and non-judgemental care for all, regardless of race, sexual orientation and/or pronoun identification. My sub-specialty is in Reproductive Psychiatry, working with individuals struggling with mental health issues in relation to pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, early pregnancy loss, PMDD, perimenopause and menopause.
Medication can be a supportive adjunct to ongoing therapy and my goal is to help my clients re-establish or strengthen their relationship to self. Whether you are pregnant, struggling with a life transition, having a recurrence of a pre-existing mood disorder or facing a new mental health crisis, I will help you navigate your personal path to wellness.
