I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I have been a RN for over 20 years, the majority in community health. I've been practicing as a psychiatric NP for over 5 years. Throughout my career I've worked with all populations but have specialized in geriatrics. With my extensive medical background, I have the ability to look at the big picture.
I find it important to develop a mutual trusting relationship with my clients and pride myself on making connections. I'm a very easy going, non-judgmental person. I often use humor to develop relationships and put clients at ease. I enjoy providing education on mental health, medications and treatments so that you can decide on a plan that's best for you!
