Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I spent years working in nursing and trauma-informed care. Those experiences shaped my calm, empathetic approach and reinforced my belief that healing happens when patients feel seen, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their mental health treatment.
Outside of work, I love exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with my dog. I’m passionate about personal growth and helping others find balance. What inspires me most is seeing people regain hope and realize that meaningful change — even in small steps — is always possible.
