By integrating medication management with various therapeutic techniques in a relaxed, conversational environment, I create a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings deeply and comfortably. I have worked in all levels of psychiatric care and have experience in the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), substance use disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), trauma and stress disorders, insomnia, and a variety of other mental health concerns.
