Hi I'm Dr. Caroline Goss, founder of North Fork Wellness. Doctor of Nurse practitioner dually certified in Psychiatry and Acute Care. I believe healing is about treating the whole person: Mind, body, and spirit. My approach combines compassionate, evidence based care with personalized treatment that supports your emotional, physical and spiritual well- being.

I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, cognitive behavioral strategies, and personalized treatment planning. My focus is on holistic, evidence-based care that addresses both emotional and physical well-being while helping clients build coping skills, resilience, and stability.
