I am a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist and I provide personalized, high-quality medication management and therapy to families and individuals who are struggling with mood-disorders, anxiety-related disorders (GAD, SAD, OCD), and ADHD.
I also have experience in Asian American Mental Health and have worked with first, second and third generation immigrants. For many Asian Americans, the pressure to meet family expectations, and reconcile cultural values can create unique psychological struggles. I am committed to providing culturally sensitive care to help families and individual navigate these complexities.
Through therapy and medication, I help individuals manage mental health struggles while honoring their cultural experience and personal journey. I use an integrative approach of CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed, mindful and supportive therapy. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to help build a deeper understanding of themselves and facilitate change.
I am board certified child and adolescent and general psychiatrist. I was a staff psychiatrist at Massachusetts General Hospital, and a faculty member at Harvard Medical School and Tufts Medical Center.
