It is my goal to offer you treatment options and guidance to help you transform psychological distress into a sense of resilience and life satisfaction.

I am certified to provide psychiatric therapy and medication to individuals 6 years and older who are experiencing psychiatric injuries and illnesses including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, trauma, grief, perinatal mood/ anxiety disorders. I am perinatal-mental health certified through Postpartum Support International.

We all have “stuff”. Scary things and scary thoughts happen. Painful experiences can make it seem impossible to go on. Through my lived experience with perinatal loss, postpartum mood changes, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, I realize that psychotherapy and psychiatric medications can help one successfully navigate challenging times and life transitions.

I believe that medication often works best when partnered with psychotherapy, so brief therapy will be a part of each visit. If I am unable to provide you with a recommended therapy (such as exposure based treatments like ERP or EMDR), then I will partner with you to find a specially trained therapist. Specific therapy can thus be adjunct to medication that you are prescribed during our visits.
