I'm Carly, and with a background as a nurse-midwife, I offer a unique perspective on how mental health is influenced by the reproductive life cycle—from adolescence and contraception decisions to pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. I’m especially attuned to how hormonal changes and life transitions can affect emotional well-being (like struggles with menstrual or perimenopausal shifts).
I provide thoughtful care that considers both mental health and the powerful impact of hormonal and reproductive transitions. I can help with genetic testing, lab testing, as well as ADHD testing and gender-affirming care.
