I work with people who are feeling disconnected from themselves and others. And those who might be emotionally blunted because of polypharmacy or being prescribed too many psychiatric medications.
My treatment approach is holistic, compassionate, insight-based and evidence informed. In addition to medication management, I am trained and experienced in a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques including psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT-ED, and STAIR Narrative therapy for trauma survivors. I tailor my approach to your unique needs.
