Hi! I’m Cara Hollingsworth, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming and still consider Wyoming “home”. Health care is a second career for me. I spent 15 years working in Higher Education before earning my BSN from Regis University in 2014. I graduated with my MSN from Gonzaga University in 2020 and I’m currently working towards my DNP and plan to finish in May of 2025.
Collaborative care is very important to me. As part of an individual’s treatment team, I strive to create a relationship of mutual trust and respect.
I feel incredibly fortunate to walk alongside people as they work to improve their mental health and I am passionate about providing compassionate, high quality, evidence-based care.
