Providing the most compassionate, comprehensive mental health care is my goal. I am currently practicing in Tampa Florida and the surrounding metro areas, and provide mental health care as a psychiatric nurse practitioner to children, adolescents, and adults. Specializing in promoting health and wellness, while treating anxiety disorders; stress management, depressive disorders, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, substance abuse, and medication management for various mental health conditions.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes and is formally trained, licensed, and experienced in medication management and psychotherapy.

I will provide compassionate comprehensive evidence based mental health care, with a strong emphasis on psychotherapy that is focused on healing and empowerment. Education is provided on evidence based medication treatment options available, medication management, as well as coping strategies and tools for improvement.
