Our mission is to create trust and a personal relationship between the individual and provider for a more calming and communicative experience. Insight Health and Wellness prioritizes mental health needs and mindfulness practices where the individual is at the forefront of each appointment. We are accepting new patients for medication management and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My passion is helping individuals manage their mental health needs by personalizing an emotional connection in addition to collaborating with various providers to create streamlined care.
We provide medication management via in-person or telehealth appointments. We also provide noninvasive in-office Trans Cranial Magnetic (TMS) Treatments for Depression, anxious/depression, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
