I provide in-person psychiatric care in Albuquerque and telehealth psychiatric care for adults in New Mexico and New Hampshire. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, dysregulated, or stuck despite having insight and having “tried everything.” They may live with anxiety, mood changes, trauma, ADHD, burnout, or chronic stress, and are seeking stability—not just symptom relief. I offer trauma-informed psychiatric care focused on nervous system regulation and thoughtful medication management. As a board-certified PMHNP, I provide comprehensive evaluation and collaborative care. My approach integrates evidence-based psychiatry with nervous-system and body-based strategies.
