Please note that I am unable to accept new clients 18 years and older (65+) at this time. I continue to treat Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, Depression, Eating disorders, Insomnia, Medication Management, OCD, Personality Disorders, PTSD, and Suicidal Ideations for established patients. I follow the principles of shared decision-making and patient-centered care, holding the belief that patients should be actively involved in their care to optimize mental health outcomes. Strengthening a person's mental health and emotional well-being with a focus on improving quality of life measures are essential goals of my practice.
Untreated mental health challenges can prevent a person from achieving joy, peace of mind, and self-actualization. Poor self-care, overwhelming anxiety, depression & a struggling work-life balance, can worsen mental health. Seeking professional care is taking that first essential step in improving your mental health & the journey can be life changing.
As the spouse of a retired military member, I understand the career and combat-related challenges faced by active duty, retired military members, and significant others. Providing mental health services to those who have sacrificed so much to protect our nation and our freedom is an honor. I also offer visits to assisted-living and memory unit residents.
