As an integrative provider I see clients as individuals worthy of a unique treatment plan derived from a mind/body perspective. Integrative treatment addresses issues related to the body (gut health, hormones, inflammation), lifestyle (nutrition, movement, stress, relationships), and mind (trauma, meaning/purpose, distorted thought patterns) to get to the root cause of mental health disturbances. This includes lifestyle interventions lab testing, green pharmacy, psychotherapy, and/or medications.
Following my doctoral degree I went on to complete training in integrative & functional medicine, personalized medicine, ketamine therapy and nutritional psychiatry. I continuously gain new skills to meet my clients complex needs, and strive to understand your needs on a psychological and biochemical level that is unique to you.
