I am a Psych/Family nurse practitioner and my approach to mental health includes providing therapy and medication treatment to help decrease symptoms. As a mental health practitioner, I have over 12 years of experience working with ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, etc.
My approach to care includes using cognitive behavioral therapy to help patients identify thought patterns. In doing so, they can develop healthier ways to cope with symptoms and deal with life's stressors more effectively.
