I am Dr. Madison Lim, a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner trained at the University of Pennsylvania, serving clients in VA/DC/MD. My clients often tell me they feel truly heard, understood, and cared for. I have many years of experience working in both hospital and outpatient settings with adults, teens, and children. I am especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, veterans and their families, as well as immigrant and minority populations.
I diagnose and treat conditions including ADHD (testing available), depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, sleep issues, schizophrenia, perinatal mood issues, binge eating disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, autism related concerns, and gender dysphoria. I offer telehealth services in VA/MD/DC. Same week appointments are usually available!
I create a relaxed, warm, and friendly space where clients feel like they are talking to a trusted friend rather than a distant clinician.
