My approach blends holistic methods, like nutritional supplementation and mind-body practices, with traditional psychiatric treatments such as medication and counseling. I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges like anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, bipolar disorders, and PTSD/trauma.
My goal is to be more than just someone who prescribes medication, it's to build a lasting, trusted partnership with you, supporting your journey toward a happy and fulfilling life. I take a holistic approach to mental health, combining prescription medications and counseling with integrative methods like functional nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits!
I received my B.S. in Molecular Biology and my B.A in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida, my M.D. from St. George's University, and, and Residency Training in Psychiatry from Richmond University Medical Center, where I served as Chief Resident. I now enjoy working primarily with people in outpatient settings!
