I was drawn to psychiatry because it blends science with human connection, allowing me to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. From a young age, I was fascinated by how individuals perceive the world differently and noticed how mental health issues often go unaddressed. This inspired me to pursue a career where I could help people feel heard, supported, and empowered. Specializing in ADHD, anxiety, and depression, my patient-first approach focuses on open communication, collaboration, and creating treatment plans that align with your unique needs and goals....

Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I gained extensive experience in inpatient mental health, intake coordination, outreach, and care management. That background gives me a deep understanding of both short- and long-term psychiatric care. I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to provide personalized and effective care.

I enjoy backpacking, camping, fly fishing, and working on my project car. I also love spending time with my wife and dog, PJ, whether we’re trying new recipes, cheering on Arizona sports teams, or tackling DIY projects. To me, mental health — like a home renovation — is best approached with a plan, patience, and a commitment to improvement.
