I’m Bryan, and I help high-achieving professionals, immigrants, children and teens struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma to overcome challenges and discover their best selves. Unique to my practice is a holistic approach combining psychiatry with nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I offer personalized plans including medication, therapy, dietary changes, parenting skills, supplements, and mindfulness techniques. For treatment-resistant cases, I provide recommendations for advanced treatments like TMS or Ketamine.

As a first-generation immigrant from Cuba and bilingual in English and Spanish, I connect deeply with diverse cultures.
