I'm Board Certified in Psychiatry and certified as a Lifestyle Physician by the American and International Boards of Lifestyle Medicine. I've been providing psychiatric evaluations and treatment for adults in Connecticut and Rhode Island for over 35 years before more recently adding online access for adults in Massachusetts. Treatment options include psychotherapy, medication management, meditation and applications of mindfulness, positive psychology, diet and exercise.
When traditional psychiatry is combined with interventions addressing biologic, psychologic and social influences there is a better response to traditional treatment and improvements in physical and mental health.
