I work with all ages who may be struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma and more. I also have a special passion for supporting women’s mental health throughout the many stages and demands of life. Many clients come feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, misunderstood or not sure where to start. I always want to be able to meet people where they are with compassion and without judgement. My goal is to help each and every person feel safe, supported and empowered while working together toward healing, stability and growth!
As a PMHNP with a background in forensics and OB nursing, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed psychiatric care for children, teens and adults. I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management and individualized supportive care. I believe in building genuine connections with clients, allowing them to feel heard, respected and comfortable.
Reaching out for help can feel intimidating, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own.
