Hi, I’m Brooke. I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) with nearly 20 years of experience, working primarily in mental health. And most recently completed a Post Master's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). This work is deeply meaningful to me, and it’s a privilege to support people through both the hardest seasons of life and the quieter moments of maintaining progress.
I provide medication management for teens and adults (ages 13+) and support a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, panic, and sleep-related challenges. I also draw from my broad medical background when appropriate, including areas like women’s health, migraines, and weight-related concerns, including GLP-1s.
My approach to medication is thoughtful, collaborative, and centered around you. Some people come to me for medication support on its own, while others are also in therapy—there’s no one “right” way. We’ll talk through your goals and decide together what feels like the best fit.
