I, personally know there is this stigma around mental health, why yet no one knows why. What I do know, sometimes we need help taking our lives back. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and other mental health disorders if not properly treated can result in adverse behaviors such as difficulty sleeping, unhealthy eating habits, negative coping skills and sometimes substance abuse. I’m here to help you with those problems, by treating from a holistic style we work on modification to behaviors, lifestyle changes, and possible medication management. The goal is to always become the best version of ourself.
I've worked with a variety of conditions such as anxiety and depression, but I also have experience with ADHD, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, and tons with substance abuse. I've worked with a diverse population from women and children as well as aging adults. I offer help to those who many times don't know exactly what to do.
