Welcome to Grow Therapy. My name is Brittany Palacios and am currently a licensed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from Massachusetts. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working as a registered nurse at the bedside. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Worcester State University in 2011. I graduated from Regis College in 2018 where I received my Master’s degree in advanced psychiatric nursing.
I specialize in the holistic care of the mind, body, and soul while using a faith-based approach to achieve spiritual wellness.
