Welcome! I'm Brittany (she/her), a PMHNP working with teens and adults in Washington via televisit. I specialize in helping clients with trauma, mood swings, & relationship & identity issues. My clients often describe feeling stuck, overwhelmed, hopeless, numb, or out-of-control. If you know you need a change but aren't sure where to start, I can help you explore the patterns that are holding you back & identify steps that can move you toward a life that feels joyfully and authentically YOURS. As a queer clinician with ADHD, I am committed to providing a space that feels safe & welcoming to all.
I use a combination of therapy & medications (if needed) to help my clients meet their goals. In sessions, I strive to provide a safe place for you to explore your past, the ways you survived it, and any old patterns or thoughts that you still feel stuck in. Together we will figure out a plan to help you reach your goals, and I will support you at each step.
I know how exhausting it can be to try to heal from past trauma or cope with mental health symptoms while juggling the demands of daily life, particularly if you feel like you have to do it alone.
