I work with patients wanting to understand the root causes of their mental health challenges. There is rarely a quick fix when it comes to long term mental wellness. My approach is to take a comprehensive approach find and address the many factors contributing to the issue. This may include medication but there is so much more that can be done to optimize mental health. As a part of each treatment plan I offer treatment options using nutraceuticals, nutrition, exercise, psychotherapy, interpersonal interventions, mind-body medicine and of course physical health.
As a board certified Child, Adolescent and Adult psychiatrist I have year of experience and training to provide clear and confident guidance in addressing your or your loved one's mental health challenges.
