I am a psychiatrist and psychotherapist that understands that folks from all backgrounds experience challenges, and do so uniquely. My style is empathetic, warm, nonjudgmental, and unassuming. I am trained in both psychopharmacology and psychodynamic psychotherapy (at a frequency of 1-3 times weekly); we will decide collaboratively what therapeutic approach would be best for your specific needs. Together, we can work through depression, anxiety, relational stress, ADHD, and many other issues arising related to your well-being.
I earned my MD at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, completed adult psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, and have advanced training in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic frameworks from NYPSI and the White Institute. My practice is telehealth and in-person.
