Hello, my name is Bridgette Agee, I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Florida, working with adolescents and adults for medication management via telehealth. My approach to medication management is patient-centered and evidence-based. I encourage each client to have a voice in medication management as long as it's safe and appropriate for them. My focus areas are adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, psychosis, PTSD, and sleep disorders. My communication style is transparent, I am attentive, calm, and personable. I am easy to talk to and non-judgmental.
My journey to becoming a mental health provider started back in 2014, the day I took my first position as a Behavioral Health RN. Being able to help individuals be the best version of themselves that they can be is rewarding for me.
My approach to goal setting is to meet a person where they are and to be realistic. I believe in helping clients to achieve their goals and be successful. In our first session, patients should expect a lot of questions to become familiar with their case and just build a great rapport with them.
