I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in mental health. My treatment approach is grounded in a combination of evidence-based therapies, integrative holistic modalities and pharmacotherapy. I work together with my clients to understand their lived experience as we tailor a course of treatment to meet their individual needs. My mission is to provide an environment that is supportive, and free from judgement. I provide education on medication choices and treatment decision-making is shared.
Aside from being a Nurse Practitioner, I earned my masters in social work from Columbia University. This formal training has equipped me with the skillset to provide a dynamic service that combines therapy and medication management. I pride myself in being a therapist and I feel strongly that therapy is a necessary component of mental health care.
