I have a special interest in medication management for adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, unhealed trauma, and mood concerns, often while appearing high-functioning on the outside but feeling overwhelmed or disconnected beneath the surface. My approach to prescribing is never about changing who you are, but helping ease symptoms so you can feel like the best version of yourself. If you’re looking for a provider who will genuinely listen and meet you with openness, not judgment, we may be a good fit.

I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for individuals ages 10 +. I take time to explain diagnoses, review medication options thoroughly, and discuss potential benefits and risks so you feel informed and involved in your care. When appropriate, I also incorporate holistic approaches into treatment.
