As a physician I have dedicated my life to helping others be their healthiest and most fulfilled selves. I am a board certified AduIt Psychiatrist who specializes in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD and adjustment disorders. I have particular interests in women’s health, professional stress/burnout, young adult health and coping with life transitions. I work to include behavioral/lifestyle changes, exercise, and nutrition in treatment alongside medication evaluation. I provide evaluation and medication recommendation for a variety of diagnoses, with a focus on ample time, support, and attention to get to know you and find an appropriate treatment plan. Typically an initial consultation is one hour, with half an hour follow up appointments every 2-4 weeks thereafter to review progress and adjust treatment.

Given our focus on thorough, high quality care we do not accept insurance at our practice but can assist with detailed bills for Health Savings Accounts and out of network insurance benefits (not Medicaid or Medicare).
