I have an interest in helping my patients achieve optimal life functioning and satisfaction in their relationship with themselves and others, at home, work and community. The path to self-knowledge is a wonderful journey that it is a privilege to be a part of. I try to not be rigid in my approach, preferring to let the circumstances and reality of the patient inform our work together.

I am Board Certified in General and Forensic Psychiatry and value the psychotherapy process in promoting personal insight and growth. I have a special interest in workplace issues and functioning and have extensive experience in management related concerns that might impact work satisfaction and functioning.

I am located in downtown Seattle, convenient to many workplaces and public transit. Medication management is only performed for current therapy patients. Forensic assessment requires a referral from a responsible third party. Feel free to call to discuss your concerns and whether we may be a good fit.
