I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, mood changes, ADHD, and life stressors. I provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment. My services include psychiatric medication management with an emphasis on nature-based approaches—recognizing that time spent outdoors, whether hiking, kayaking, or simply walking in natural settings, can be restorative and meaningful in its own right. I can also assist help if you are curious about newer treatments, such as TMS. I will guide you through a tailored approach while focusing on the big picture to best serve you.

I provide psychiatric medication management and offer supportive therapy techniques and also ecotherapy for those interested.
