Starting treatment can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make the process supportive and collaborative. I work with adults experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, thought disorders, trauma, ADHD, addiction, PTSD, and first break psychosis.
I completed my psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Health San Antonio and now serve as a psychiatrist and Mental Health Medical Director in the U.S. Air Force. These roles have allowed me to work with people facing stress, trauma, and life transitions, and have deepened my commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
Treatment with me is personalized—I take time to understand your story and tailor a plan that may include therapy, medication, or other supportive approaches. I am also certified in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), an option for treatment-resistant depression.
