I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years of healthcare experience. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, and sleep disturbances, helping individuals cope with overall life stressors. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Minot State University and my Doctor of Nursing Practice at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. I am also retired from the United States Air Force. I emphasize the use of evidence-based psychopharmacology coupled with cognitive behavioral strategies to treat mental health symptoms.
