I am thrilled to be serving the people of Connecticut as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have plenty of experience working in Connecticut, I have grown to love and appreciate the diverse and vibrant community here. I have licenses in Texas, New Mexico, and Connecticut. I provide a holistic approach to mental health, offering both therapy and medication management.
My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy(MBCT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). These modalities, combined with my commitment to ongoing self-improvement, allow me to serve with genuine compassion.
