You will be matched to a provider by a treatment team that can meet your specific needs. We see patients from 8:00am-8:00pm on weekdays and on Saturdays by appointment. We accept most insurances, including Medicaid, and patients from all over New York.
The wait time for a first appointment will vary due to the patient’s insurance and appointment flexibility. However, we do have some next-day availability for multiple time slots. Patients who need technology assistance have access to a dedicated team to help them set up ahead of appointments. We're with you at every step of your mental health journey.
