Welcome to my practice. I am a board-certified psychiatrist with training at Yale University, UC San Francisco, and UCLA. My solo private practice is dedicated exclusively to integrative, non-pharmacological approaches to mental health. I have a particular passion for treatments such as meditation, breathwork and psychotherapy, and to support this work I have trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Grof (holotropic) Breathwork, nutritional psychiatry, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
Patients often appreciate my presence, attentive listening, and responsiveness, and many describe feeling appropriately held and supported in their deep work.
