I bring extensive experience in outpatient psychiatry/community behavioral health and a unique perspective as a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in both psychiatry and family practice. My background in physical medicine enhances my holistic approach to mental health care—addressing both mind and body. I work with adults 18 and older and have a special understanding of the unique challenges faced by military families (as an Air Force veteran), first responders, and foster care families.

I’m a Texan turned Okie through my Air Force service. My medical journey began as a paramedic in 1999 and grew through ICU, ER, and PACU nursing. Since 2013, I’ve worked as a nurse practitioner in both family medicine and psychiatry, blending experience and compassion in every patient interaction.
