Sunday Reset: ADHD Focused Group Therapy
A virtual group designed to help adults with ADHD combat the "Sunday Scaries" and prepare for a more productive, energized, and task-oriented week. These sessions focus on providing practical strategies to help participants feel more in control of their responsibilities and goals as they face the anxieties that can creep in before the work week. To maximize the benefits of this group, participants should already be receiving some form of treatment for ADHD, such as ADHD coaching, prescription medication, and/or therapy. These additional supports help individuals to integrate the strategies learned in the group effectively into their lives.
