I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 12 years of health care experience. I am licensed in AZ, CA, IL, and WA.
My treatment philosophy includes a combination of holistic evidence-based medication management, psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and other cognitive modalities to aid in recovery.
I am confident that combining medication with other treatments is more effective than medication alone. I also believe a multidisciplinary treatment team approach with therapists and other professionals is optimal for the patient's recovery.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Eating disorders, ADHD, Substance Use, Trauma, and OCD. I also enjoy working with women struggling with Postpartum Depression.
I will work to create a partnership with you and I will focus on empowering you to engage in collaborative decision making. Each individual is unique and I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that works best. Compassionate, nonjudgmental care is available by telehealth or in office by request. Virtual Eating Disorder Recovery Group
This group is a 75 minute process and solution focused group for adolescents and adult women seeking recovery from an eating disorder, anxiety, depression. We will be utilizing a recovery workbook to help learn healthy coping skills and seek support from other members. The group members will also all have time to process their feelings and struggles. This group is helpful to anyone struggling with or in recovery from an eating disorder who are feeling alone.

Eating Disorder Support Group
The eating disorder recovery group is a safe place to find a place of belonging and community among those with similar struggles. Eating disorders thrive on isolation and shame. Many people who attend group therapy find that it’s extremely therapeutic to develop common bonds in the group process. This group is open for adolescents age 10 and up to help process all feelings in relation to recovery from an Eating Disorder.
