Dr. Farrell, DNP-PMHNP-BC started her career as a Fulbright Scholar and presented her research at the US Embassy on traditional medicine. Following the completion of her grant she attended New York University (NYU). She went on to complete a residency at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas. She then completed her doctorate at University of San Diego, California with a focus on digital telehealth treatment for psychiatric care. Dr. Farrell has a passion for working with the Veteran, Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorder populations. In 2023 Dr. Farrell finished CIIS training in Psychedelic assisted therapy.
As a provider, I understand that we are all different and require different approaches to treatment. Everyone has different underlying causes. No two cases are the same. The contexts of each particular situation differ and so should treatment plans.
